Establishment reserved for adult men
Villa Peacock is an Adults Men Only · Naturist guesthouse. Access is reserved exclusively for adult men (18+). Children and women are not admitted, except with the owner's explicit prior agreement for exceptional circumstances.
01 Access & Arrival
- Parking: access via electronic remote, one space per room.
- Arrival times: 2:00 pm — 9:00 pm (arrangements possible on request).
- Personalised welcome: complimentary welcome drink and tour of the premises.
- Early luggage: drop-off possible before the official arrival time.
02 Departure
- Room to be vacated before 11 am on the last day.
- It is strictly forbidden to take items from the villa.
- Early departure: the full stay remains payable (50% of the unused stay retained).
03 Breakfast
- Included in the stay, self-service from 8 am to 10 am (buffet cleared at 10 am).
- Coffee & pastries available until 10 am.
- Eating in the room is not allowed.
- For a very early departure, please let us know the day before.
04 Dining & Bar
Reservation
For lunch or dinner, the day before by 8 pm.
Lunch — table d'hôtes
1:00 pm — 2:30 pm, €25. Soft drinks & wine included at discretion.
Evening tapas
Evening, €25. Soft drinks & wine included at discretion.
Saturday Pool Party
1:00 pm — 6:30 pm, €30 residents / €50 non-residents. Mussels, poultry, drinks included.
Bar
Self-service from 10 am to 9 pm, charged to your stay invoice.
05 Rooms
- Non-smoking rooms, daily cleaning, linen changed weekly.
- Amenities: free Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot.
- No eating, smoking or drying clothes at the windows.
- Lost keys: €70 flat fee.
- Damage: billed according to actual costs.
- Inventory: missing items billed automatically.
06 Outdoors & Common Areas
Naturism
Naturism is allowed. Any sexual behaviour is prohibited in the common areas.
Pool (10 am — 9 pm, heated to 30°C)
- Shower required before entering.
- No glass, no smoking on the loungers.
- Eco-friendly sun creams required.
Spa & Balinese-stone Jacuzzi (9 am — 9 pm)
- Cover must be closed after use.
- Sexual behaviour strictly prohibited.
Sauna & Hammam (on request, 30 — 45 min to heat up)
- €10 supplement.
- No e-cigarettes.
- No access under the influence of alcohol or substances.
- Medical waiver required.
Gym (8 am — 8 pm)
Machines must be cleaned after use.
Massage
Professional on site. Rates available in the room.
07 General Provisions
- Smoking: forbidden everywhere except in the outdoor summer lounge.
- Illicit substances: strictly forbidden.
- Pets: not admitted (prior agreement possible).
- Noise: keep down after 10 pm. Any disturbance may lead to eviction.
- Liability: Villa Peacock accepts no liability for theft/damage if rooms are left open.
- Billing: payment on arrival. Accepted payments: bank transfer, cash, cheque, Paylib.
08 Environmental Commitment
- Close the bay windows when the air conditioning is on.
- Switch off unnecessary lights.
- Save water in the showers.
- Use only the towels you need.
- Toilet paper in the WC only.
